OVERVIEW
The Nexen Classe Premiere CP672 is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Nexen offers a 70,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The special five-pitch optimized sectional design decreases the road noise heard in the vehicle’s cabin. The variable pitch sequence negates the road noise generated while the tires are in motion by creating a sound frequency that cancels them out. In this manner, the tire offers a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
The model offers a longer tread life and tire usability. The symmetric tread pattern evenly spreads out the driving pressure affecting the tire. This equal distribution of the forces of acceleration, cornering and braking improves the tread life by preventing irregular wear patterns from forming across the tread area. The longer lasting, even wear increases the tire’s usability.
The tread pattern’s symmetric design increases the all weather traction. The tread has a firm grip on the road in dry, wet and winter weather. The four wide circumferential grooves boost the model’s water dispersing ability, successfully preventing hydroplaning situations. The excellent road gripping ability paired with the special hydroplaning resistance allows the tire to be safely used all year.
The Classe Premiere CP672 improved its steering responsiveness and cornering ability. The cornering and maneuvering power are increased by the rigid shoulder tread block sequence. This provides additional biting edges to the tire in all weather and upgrades the cornering safety. The steering responsiveness is made more precise and quick with the same shoulder tread block design and with the semi-dual center rib. The better steering responsiveness allows the driver to confidently control the tire in all weather conditions.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
